Connected to your Echo Data Warehouse, AI BI allows users to ask operational questions in everyday language and receive answers based on the data already available within their business.
For example, you could ask:
- How many jobs were we running late for over the weekend?
- How many pre-booked jobs do we have for next Monday?
- Which driver earned the most last week?
- Which drivers received 5-star ratings, and what were the related job numbers?
Rather than building a new report or searching through existing dashboards, users can simply ask the question and let AI BI retrieve and interpret the relevant Data Warehouse information.
The functionality also includes several ways to work with the results:
- Provide optimised script code in case you want to add this report to your Data Mining tool
- Export to Excel when a response contains information suitable for a structured table
- Export to CSV by asking AI BI to prepare the results in a table format
- Send responses by email, with options to include the result, an Excel attachment and, where required, the underlying SQL query
This makes AI BI useful for both quick operational questions and more detailed analysis. A controller might want to understand yesterday's service performance, while a manager could compare driver earnings, passenger ratings or future booking volumes without needing to create a dedicated report each time.
For Patient Transport Services, employee transport, ride hailing and other passenger transport operations, this provides a faster way to access the information already held within the Data Warehouse.
AI BI doesn't replace structured reporting. Instead, it provides another way to access your operational data when you need a quick answer, helping teams spend less time searching through reports and more time using the information they contain.
