Introducing Echo: FLAME

June 2024

Every major Echo release is named after a remarkable object in the night sky, celebrating another milestone in the platform's ongoing development.

Our latest release, FLAME, takes its name from the Flame Nebula, a striking region of interstellar gas and dust located within the constellation Orion. Like its celestial namesake, this release brings together a collection of improvements designed to make transport operations more efficient, flexible and easier to manage.

  • Dynamic Multiple Job Selection and Allocation to help dispatchers manage multiple bookings more efficiently
  • Enhanced VIP Experience with improved contact management and passenger preferences
  • More accurate journey time and mileage calculations through enhanced HERE Maps integration

Each of these improvements has been developed to help operators reduce manual work, improve visibility and make better operational decisions throughout the day.
