The Butterfly release introduces Manual Trip Creation from the Planning Screens, allowing complete trips to be created directly from the Awaiting Allocation screens while maintaining full visibility of the operation.

Create shared ride trips directly from Echo's Planning Screens, giving dispatchers faster workflows, improved visibility and greater control over bookings and vehicle allocation.

The new functionality allows controllers to:

  • View vehicle availability and existing work while planning
  • Reduce the number of steps required to build and manage trips
