Every major Echo release is named after a remarkable object in the night sky, representing another milestone in the continued development of the platform.



Our latest release, Pleiades, takes its name from the Pleiades star cluster, also known as the Seven Sisters. Recognised for its bright collection of closely connected stars, Pleiades reflects this release's focus on bringing together enhancements that improve planning, administration and operational control across the Echo platform.

Introducing Echo: Pleiades, the latest release of Echo, featuring smarter shift planning, enhanced permissions, improved data management and more flexible routing controls.

The Pleiades release introduces several improvements, including:


  • Flexible Shift Starting Addresses for drivers working split shifts
  • Enhanced User Permissions with more granular access control
  • Import & Export Enhancements to simplify fleet and driver management
  • Routing Settings for greater control over journey times, routing and pricing
  • Driver Walk-Around Checks, helping improve vehicle safety, compliance and operational readiness
